Help need to make a advert???

Hi all,
I am trying to make a advert for my web site. But i would like to have same words flashing up on the advert. Is there a program that does it for you or please can same tell me how to do it. Thanks

There's Adobe Flash, but it may not be worth buying it if your only using it for flashing words. (it costs alot).
