Default Free Hit Counter - HELP!

can anyone help me find a free hitcounter (Script or weblink) i don't mind having a hit counter that links to another site to add my hit, as long as i can view how many people have been on my site.

Thanks

Your exact search terms. At least try and look before posting something like that.

What you need is something like this cgi script

Quote:
An invisible hit counter that collects statistical data like IP address, refering pages, browser type and version, operating system and screen resolution while counting but not logging details of preset ignored address's and repetitive hits from the same person and then outputs all the information captured in a password protected admin console web page.

I guess this is spam, but...

http://www.computerforums.org/showthread.php?t=18235

I'm currently making a counter that tracks either site or page hits.

I'll be accepting signups as of late tomorrow evening... (soon as I finish making a sign up page)

oh and it's free to both comercial and non-conmercial use, so you can have as many as you like as well...

another slight bonus that you get over other counters is that the counters contain special codes to allow the PHP generated picture to be shown on forums that don' allow dynamic picture linking, (lie this one doesn't).

(oh and just for you I've decided to include a 1 pixel counter that will literalyl just track your pages that are view without any cheesy number graphics at the bottom.
