i'm having problems with frames... they show up and mak everything look bad

i think i've tried everything, anyone want to help?

No problem in Firefox, in IE there is. Is it just an IE problem?

frameborder=0 Turns the borders off (3d grey lining between frames)
scrolling=no Turns scrolling ALWAYS off. use auto or yes otherwise.
