Embedded Video

I'd like to embed a video to my website... problem is that the video is 187mb and most hosting places that have an embed option won't accept this size.

Are there any free flash programs I can use to embed the video (30 mins long) into my own site if it is hosted on my site?

Use Vimeo, OR, use JWPlayer and convert your video to a flv file.
