Best website design program

Would you say it's frontpage? I need some good ones. I know HTML coding really well, just finished a 2 week course on it, however, there are a couple of things, I would prefer to implement with a GUI interface..

I've got frontpage, and the new BETA web developer from MS. But anyone know any others I could play around with?

I like Dreamweaver MUCH better. I feel it gives the cleanest code, next to hand coding.

i use frontpage for my business, along with Gimp for my photoshop program, Microsofts Visual Web Developer is pretty decent aswell (free). Dreamweaver owns all though, costs a lot though i used to have it but then i deleted it and don't have the license stuff avaliable anymore

no dreamweaver is the best if you dont know how to write html by hand
there are also loads of tutorials on the internet for dreamweaver
