Hostgator sounds good if you dont wanna have plenty of visitors. As soon as you have some load on the server they will say you have to upgrade to dedicated which is like 300 for a good 1.

i looked at host1plus and it seems they are charging $8.95 per month if you choose to do monthly. If you feel comfortable paying for 2 months in advance, go for it. Otherwise, I recommend looking into Chime Host for web hosting. They offer low monthly without forcing clients to pay in advance. You should always contact the web host and make sure they answer all your questions before you sign-up.
