How do I make an E-Mail newsletter that auto-sends, and how do you make a .swf flash file show on a page? (Like: < object > and < embed > tags!)

I forgot the code for flash files but, if you have dreamweaver its something like insert > flash.

Also if you have a nice webhost with cpanel or something you can setup a mailing list and then setup a cronjob to send automaticly every week at a certian time or whatever.

Just publish the flash file to be saved with html file done for you.

Or if you wish to do it yourself you will need to use both <object> and <embed> tags as object is for IE and embed is for mozilla.
