if you do find these sites they are going to have 100's if not 1000's of comments on them and your link will be useless. I recommend you find blogs relevant to your site and post on there, in my experience if the link is no follow your site will still benefit from the link

One better suggestion to analyze the backlinks of the competitor with similar keywords. Try to extract the high PR blogs in which your competitor is having a backlink. Comment on other blog post in the same blog to get backlinks.
