I have my website www.bytescompsolutions.com, I want to get a high ranking in search engine, Please help me to reach my goal. My keyword that I want to optimize is "internet cafe" because my website is all about internet cafe services. I'm begging also for help regarding backlink.

Fine tune the on page issues of your page to reflect the targetted keyword. Try to get indexed by the search engine by generating sitemap and submit it to the search engines. If required takes expert SEO advice.

Sign up at as many search engines as you can find.
Keep your forum active. One that sits still will eventually get ignored.
Put your site in your sig and be active at like forums. Ask the admin or senior mods if it's ok to do that first. Some like me get their knickers in a twist if not asked first.
Key is to stay active. And don't troll for members. That's a death sentence for most forums.

submit articles on web2.0 sites and use your keyword in your anchor text,
