Default SilentScope's Site

For about a year now, Twizted Gaming has been running smoothly, building as a gaming forum and community. Recently, we changed our name to Up5urge, a more general name which allows us to spread out a bit and become a discussion board with a back-end focus on starting up gaming servers within the online gaming community. The games we will look to host servers for include First Person Shooters such as Battlefield 2, Day of Defeat: Source, Counter-Strike: Source, DOD, CS 1.6, Quake 4, etc..

However, to do this, we need a larger community. With more activity on the forum itself, we can get more money from our sponsors to host these servers. But that’s clearly not the only reason we want activity on our boards.

Our community forum has the following:
Image Gallery
Money system and Store
A variety of discussion areas such as debates, comedy, gaming, world news, a “melee board”, etc.

The primary focus of this community is member involvement; especially, but not limited to games. We want a large staff base that runs a number of game servers. We want a lot of competitions, where the prizes aren’t just a “unique forum name” or *Cookie*. We want to give prizes with monetary value; perhaps mail-out prizes.

Up5urge has taken giant leaps with a relatively small group of members, and find ourselves ready to bring on more people. Aside from individuals, we are inviting any and all small discussion boards the opportunity to merge with us; your staff will be completely assimilated according to their staff roles on your forum (Of course this will require a bit more personal discussion). The reason we want to take on small groups is that we know how hard it is to lift a forum up from nothing. It’s hard to get people interested in posting on an empty board. Combining all these smaller groups together, we can actually move something forward in a VERY short amount of time.

We are looking for moderators/administrators/area positions

If you’re interested in being apart of the community, as an individual or an entire group, please visit our forum:

We hope to see you soon.
