Default Rss Feed

Hi folks im newto the scene ... im an angler and a fewof us have started abrand new website with our own forum and live mini chat to talk toour faces are blue about all things fishy

We have took out a package with oneandone.co.uk and i am interested in setting up an RSS so i can have updates on articles such as weather, tide charts and moon pahses etc... these things are interesting to anglers (believe it or not)

There is a faccility on the one&one site to set up an RSS feed but i have no idea how to do it or where on my site to do it...

Can anyone offer advice... im not a tech expert in any shape or form ... i can offer free guided fishing to anyone who can get me up and running with this ... if anyone is interestedin fishing LOL
