Default not being able to see banners/advertisement

I was wondering if anyone knew how I can view those banners, the ones like hit the duck and get a free ipod, because i have not been able to see them and i need to. I am running a norton internet package, the antivirus/internet security, windows xp, i have the sp2.

1. Why do you need them annoying banners?

Haha - you shouldn't be hypocritical. If you have software not to view Ads you should realise nobody wants to see ads and be pleasant enough to not put anymore on a web filled with the scummy things.
