I'm looking at both sites. and yes, one is a blatant rip off of the other...

try going to the Dublin pc repair site.
then go to google, (in a different tab) now google that persons name.

clearly, your reference knows that he serves the San Diego area! even if you don't. you rip off his words to falsely promote your business, you change them to make it look like he said something he clearly never has, and are then dumb enough to link to the site that blows the lid off the whole deal! you even write testimony's with your name in them praising you as an individual for all the hard work you've done!!!
and incidentally...
it's quite clear and obvious that the page is a rip off.
if anything you should remove the disclaimer at the bottom saying you've made it... it's clear all that you've done is gone to the other site and presses "file" then "save as".
so...
yes, it's a lovely site.
it's just a shame that you couldn't make it yourself.
you've ripped people off, copied design work and photos without permission.
you've plagiarized page text and you've quoted people, clearly without their permission and clearly lying...
if all of that wasn't actually so serious it's be kind of funny...
as it is my last three points RE: your copyright theft, and quoting people without their permission is actually illegal
