seems as though ive had trouble loading proxies lately at school i made my own. i only have 2gb bandwidth though
but i can upgrade for free if needed.
i mean ive used 24mb so far and thats with quite a bit of messing about so i think ill be fine lol

Yeah it's a good idea to make your own for college or school, because it's most probably not on the URL block list.

I made my own as well, which software did you use dude_se?

i used "zelune". i still want to edit it a bit but it works fine and runs quite quick, so im happy
