I was just looking through this thread, and i think those are cool.. It would be cool if David added some color other than blue to the Site Logo, but i kinda feel that his Logo to this place is like a classic car.

the pictures you posted are far too big to be logos here,

at their current size they take up too much real estate

and at a reduced size the text is too small.

they are however great business card style logos. but I've seen thousands of things just like them before.
