Default just a little help....plezzzzzz!

I need an experienced webmaster to look at my site, www.brag-and-boast.com, and advise me of a program or software needed that will allow my visitors to post their pictures and stories. Comments and suggestions are welcome!
I'm not for sure how this works, so in case you need it my e-mail is jewellcharm@yahoo.com
Thanks

I don't know much about web programming, but I'm sure there's some type of php script that could do the job. Looks alright, but it's kind of....cluttered if you know what I mean. Maybe space things out some more?

What I like:
- The pictures scrolling on top of the page.

- The organization of the pages on the bar on the left side.

Suggestions:
- The blue text on the front page is rather hard to read, you might want to change that to a lighter color.

- Give it a title other than just "index"

- The text links aren't centered on the silver buttons on the right, making them kind of weird to use.

- Maybe add a miscellaneous section?

- And spacing, as I said before.

Overall, it's pretty good. Just needs some finishing touches.
