My WD did these 2 mockups that I like, yet I'm having certain issues that I would like help deciding on.

This site needs to address both males & females from ages around 18-40.
The site is geared towards people who want ways to make money, primarily in the escort industry, so I want the site to be a bit exciting to pump them up, yet professional looking. Not cheap & sleazy. What colours do you think would work best that will make them buy my e-books?
The blue seems too stark to me & too masculine.
Disregard the logo, I have to get it changed back to what my logo looks like now http://www.exoticpublishing.com or depending on what colours I finally decide on, change the logo colours to match.
Other things I need help deciding on, is what image to put on the top banner? Any suggestions?
I think the tagline should be a smaller font & go on 2 lines, not one.
If you scroll down to the bottom, you'll see I need to place the Live Human gif somewhere & I don't know where. Also, the toll free number that I don't have yet, but I plan to get in a couple of months, so I need to leave room for it. Where do you think both of these should go?
As you can see, she put the ezine sign up area in the middle of the left nav. I wanted it on the left side so people will sign up. Do you think I should put it at the top b4 the left nav starts, or leave it in the middle? I'm afraid people will sign up & then not scroll down to the other menu links.
If you look at the first mockup, she put 2 box areas on the right side. One is supposed to be for my testimonials, that she's going to do in flash & the other one I don't know what to use for.
In the 2nd mockup she eliminated them. I think I should keep at least one, or place the Live Human in the 2nd area. What do you think?
I like the top nav, I just want to change the colours so they all relate.
Okay I think that's about it for now. Any other suggestions would be helpful
