do you want to get it to play with the site or want it to download?

frontpage arhh...

if you want to play with the page simple go to page properties and its in there.

if you wish to make it avalible for download i used to make a subfolder called "downloads" and then put it in there and then type the text on the page you wish to enable the download highlight it and then press ctrl+k i think it is (or right click then hyperlink) then point it at the music file

later

The reverse is true. All my wav's are considerbly smaller than my MP3's.
