I agree with the over poster, logo is too big.
And one other thing, can you make the template wider? What I've noticed with some templates is that it's in the center or it's on the far left and it leaves a huge gap on one side of my screen.

Summary:
1) Make logo smaller.
2) Make template wider.

I agree you logo/banner what ever it is, is way tooo BIG! you should really make it smaller.

I also agree with everyone here. Your logo takes up most of my screen and I think that having a too large of a logo will turn off some visitors.

and the logo is hosted on imageshack. once its smaller it wont use much bandwidth so stick it on the server.

iii agree make the lgo smaller , the logo should be more wide and flat as oppose to big and square

also i would remove some of the sections for now and have only a few main sections and then you can add sections later when you get more members and more posting activity
reason being at the moment the fact that you have loads of sections with no threads in them at all makes the place look all dead and empty meaning not many people will be convinced to join
