i just went into cpanel clicked on the icon that said bulletin board.

set my admin and password as myself from the old froums. Chose the directory and installed it.

Then i went to my forums went to the admin panel. Then When in the admin panel it has a thing that says restore database. I browsed fro the .sql backup i made and chose that then it installed and everything was back to normal.

Make sure you install the theme/style first though.

You uploade the style to your templates dir then install it in the styles admin panel.

now we have to wait for the server to go down before i try again
