It is good to know that the MD is not too big to talk to customers! With so many internet
organizations, you get a help desk and no way to complain if the service is bad! As an ex-IT
Manager for a large company, I feel strongly about the need to train staff to be
customer-oriented. I have no complaint about your service, and have had quick responses to my
