It's alright, but very slow.
Tons of ads on the main page slowing down the load time. Takes a few minutes to load the main page fully on my fast broadband. If you hosted the ad images on your own server instead of hotlinking them, they would probably load a lot faster.
It takes me from 5-10 seconds to load Google through your proxy. It takes less than .5 seconds normally.
MySpace takes almost a minute to load the main page. It usually takes me under 2 seconds.
