Default Double Background

Can someone help me firgure this out? I want to make one background on my webpage that that repeats vertically and horrizontally, but then I want to make another background that overlaps it, and doesnt repeat, so I have my background, then a logo. All help appreciated

Using CSS you can set the body elements background. Then create a div and assign the other background to that.
