wpc11cfg.exe-unable to locate component

I just installed vista 32-bit and I keep getting this pop-up at startup,"this application has failed to start because w32n50.dll was not find." How can i get this message to disappear.

From what I gather, it may be a LAN compatibility problem. Try downloading the latest Vista 32-bit drivers for your LAN components such as the NIC.
