xp pro is too old. need to move to 64bit. xp is also very distater prone and does not everything.

Win ME is a good candidate, but what about Windows 3.1? More or less just an interface for DOS!

Well, I remember that if you used it properly it worked OK. Then again, there is alway the argument that Win 3.1 isn't really and operating system, it just an interface, but that is water under the bridge a long time ago. I guess that leaves Win ME.

Windows ME was pretty bad, although I never had any love for 9x at all. OS X is currently an operating system that I can not use because it just doesn't seem to do any of the things I want to do very well. I don't really see much in Vista either, although the Windows 7 Beta and RC versions weren't so bad when I ran them on my test machine.

i have 3 Windows 7 And MAC OS AND MAC OS X

Mac OS8. I remember having to manually allocate memory to each application you wanted to run. Also, it would crash if you tried to print more than one job.
