Default windows xp problem

hey guys,

My friend at work gave me this computer with windows xp SP3 that I'm trying to "clean". I changed the user account to mine and made myself as administrator. But when I open my documents I notice that in the address bar field it says

c:\document and setting\owner.YOUR F31230sf

as an initial fix I went to the registry and changed the registered owner to my name but the line above still shows.

any fix?

Tried restarting? I've changed account names and such before and some stuff would not change until I restarted.

As Legodude just said there are some things that your change and Windows won't make that change until you restart your computer.
