Windows xp pro setup stuck on my bios

Ok so i tried to upgrade to windows xp professional and an error occurred trying to copy 1 file so it will always fail and now whenever i start up my computer it will take me to a screen to chose to pick the windows xp set up or the windows 2000. The cd is out of the drive and all too.

If you can get into Windows 2000, you need to edit the boot.ini file. Right-click My Computer, go to Properties. Click the Advanced tab, and then click startup settings. Then delete the part of the boot.ini file that refers to Windows XP Setup, and you should be good to go.
