Default Windows Xp

I have Windows Xp Home on one of my computers so I installed it on my other computer. But it won't let me register it because its licensed for one computer. So I went out and bought XP Pro and I have the code from that but I don't want to uninstall xp so im trying to use the xp pro licenses. Is there a way to change my computer from Xp home to Xp Pro.

Return the XP Pro that you got. You can use an upgrade disk to upgrade it from Home to Professional, it's cheaper than buying the whole thing:

Step by step instructions:

why dont u want to format and put pro on anyway? you can always back up data or put all your data on a new partition then when you have pro on move it back
