Default Windows update 'add remove programs' list accidentally deleted

Recently, I installed updates on my Windows Server 2003 SBS.
However a major issue that resulted from one of the updates, is that the server management snap in, for the MMC console could no longer display 'monitoring and reporting'.
Assuming that this was down to an internet explorer 8 update, I installed the most recent updates for IE, and restarted my machine.
After trying again, I noticed that the issue still exists.
So, I went to go and un-install all of the most recent updates (02nd May 2011).
However, while I was clicking 'Yes' to the confirmation messages, I didn't realise that it was telling me 'Could not remove program, remove list from uninstall items?'.

So to put it in a nut shell - I have updates that are still installed, and I have accidentally deleted their uninstall entries. Is there any way to recover these, or must I re-install windows 2003?

I need the monitoring and reporting back very badly, so would be very greatful is someone could try to give me a solution to my software problem.

Any help is well appreciated!
