Ok where is this battery? I did not know there was a battery in my pc lol? Im not real good with pc's so please bear with me.

Talk to your brother/friend who was helping you before.
If you are using a Laptop it is going to be a little trickyer but you can do it.
It will be easier with a desktop computer.
The CMOS battery is located directly on the mother board.
