Windows hard disk full problem

Hi,I was having some little problem with my computer,my hard disk just filled up,and I don't have much stuff in it,so... I don't know if anyone have any idea of what to do to get some free space back.

Delete everything that you don't need. Save all of your pictures, music and videos to a good external hard drive. You can also compress folders as well. Remember that videos take up alot of space!

Also give your HDD a defrag (not if its a SSD though) and wipe unused disk space with a tool like drive wipe in CCleaner (freeware)

Start>Run>cleanmgr

Use that to free up some space as well.
