Delete everything that you don't need. Save all of your pictures, music and videos to a good external hard drive. You can also compress folders as well. Remember that videos take up alot of space!
Also give your HDD a defrag (not if its a SSD though) and wipe unused
disk space with a tool like drive wipe in CCleaner (freeware)
