Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation problem

Kept having this Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation error in the action centre on windows 7

is there a way to fix this?

been fresh install windows 7
reinstall audio driver (realtek hd driver) from realtek website and hp...
dont knw if 360 total security messing it up??

It could be 360. What applications do you use that could be installing other drivers? Are you sure that the driver is selected as your main audio device?

I did check the audio driver is my main driver...

now changed anti virus and see if 360 total security making the problem....
 
totally found out its the realtek enhancement that making the sound driver crash... but i want the enhancement turn on not off... is there a fix to sort this problem?
