yes thats right, the laptop started to play up again later but just restored again and its ok now so obviously something wrong not sure what to do to try to clear it completely

yes thats right, the laptop started to play up again later but just restored again and its ok now so obviously something wrong not sure what to do to try to clear it completely
Sounds like a dying harddrive. Check it for bad sector.
Windows have a tool inbuilt that can do that.
I personally use another program for that, but this should tell if your drive is dying or not.
