I'm am trying to use remote shut down for my network using (shutdown.exe -i) Via CMD but when i click Browse It Comes up with a error (The Active Directory Domain Service Is Currently Unavailable) Please Help thanks

Where are you trying to run this command from (what computer)?
What do you mean 'when I click browse'? Where are you clicking this at?
