Cool Windows 7 won't boot after installing Windows XP for dual booting

I have a computer that has windows 7 already installed on it before I put xp on it. Today I decided to install windows xp to dual boot with windows 7. I put XP on a separate partition away from windows 7. After I installed windows xp, windows 7 doesn't show up anymore on the boot menu. At the boot menu, it only lists windows xp but not windows 7. Why?! I WANT WINDOWS 7 BACK!!! PLEASE HELP! I've tried everything all day and I feel very frustrated.
