Default Windows 7 Upgrade Questions

I have Windows Vista Home Premium(64 bit) and was thinking of pre-ordering 7. If I order Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade will that work right and be in 64 bit? Also, I have Office Ultimate that I purchased through their "Ultimate Steal" program. Will I be able to reinstall that on this? I ordered the backup DVD to go along with it so I have the DVD. I was planning on doing a clean install of Windows 7 and not transferring anything. Thanks.

The Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade will work fine. You'll need to install the 64-bit version as it comes with both 32 and 64-bit versions.

You shouldn't have any problems running Office Ultimate on Windows 7.

Running Windows Vista?
If you have Windows Vista, you can purchase Windows 7 Upgrade versions. You can do a clean install (back up your files, clean install, and reinstall your applications) or an in -place upgrade (Windows 7 installs over Windows Vista).
