Okay, I've extracted it, it gave me a word document with random coding.
I've restarted my laptop, and the error is still there.

I don't have one, Windows 7 was pre-installed on this laptop.

The problem is fixed I helped him in msconfig.

And Yes, it is a Trojan as you can see from this Google search:
