Default Windows 7 setting up account types...

Aloha! I was wondering if I can set up types of accounts in Windows 7 Ultimate? Here is an example of what I want to do...

Bob = admin (needs full access to computer like it is now)
Joe = superuser (can not install programs or make changes to the windows setting, also can not ran Sonar)
Guest = new (can not install or change computer settings can only run Firefox, WMP, and Office program)

Basically I am wanting to run my computer like it is a forum.

You need to set up the user and then adjust the permissions as you would need. Here is a great link for it:
