Default Windows 7 and recovery

HI basically i purchased the downloadable version of windows 7 yeaterday and as you know it doesnt work. im trying to upgrade from 32 bit to the windoes 7 64 bit but it wont work. ive tried the iso file but it wont boot because mine is currently a 32 bit. therefore could you please send me the cd free of charge or offer me a solution as this has wasted me alot of time and effort. i also paid extra for the extra download service which i belive i should be refunded on. my order number is 6934338420

You can't just upgrade form 32-bit to 64. You will need to burn that ISO to a dvd and boot from it and do a full clean install.
