Windows 7 Backup

So, I've been using the stock Windows 7 backup program to create a system image, so that I can easily restore it in the event of a horrible disaster . I usually do a complete backup from scratch once a week to a external USB HDD.

Since I'm getting a new HDD tomorrow that is of a different size than the one I have now (currently 320GB, new one will be 500GB), will I have problems restore the image to the new partition? My current 320GB drive is split up into 3 (1 for Snow Leopard, 1 for Ubuntu, 1 for Windows). Snow Leopard is no problem (Time Machine), Ubuntu is no problem (dd), but I'm not sure about Windows. I'm going to assume that it will work fine (just put in the W7 installation DVD and use the restore feature).
