Default Windows 7??

OK, So i am going to order a system builders pack of Windows 7_64 to go on my laptop (cheaper than getting a new activation #).
My question is here. I had Home premium before. I know I can use it, but What is the operational difference between it and Pro or Ultimate? Is it worth the 40 and 80 respectively to get pro or ultimate?

Here is a comparison chart.

Whether the differences are worth it or not depend upon what you do with your computer.

Unless you are planning on connecting it to a network with a domain or want built in encryption, Home Premium should be fine.

One of the biggest reasons that I went with Ultimate is that I use Remote Desktop quite a bit.
