hi how do i get wifi going on my ubuntu 6.10?

i have a belkin usb adapter that i cant get working, it doesn't pick it up, i've tried ndiswrapper, can't remember how to use it to tell you what the error is, sorry.
my belkin pcmia card is recognised by ubunutu but there is no support for wpa which i am after,

could you pls help me getting my 54g card (latest model of belkin) working on ubunut with WPA?

thanks so much hope i have given enough info.

download ndiswrapper(search in google) and the drivers for you wireless card.

there should be some tutorials on how to set it up on the ubuntu forums.

lol when i tried to get wireless on my ubuntu laptop it wasn't working but i actually had an eithernet adapter and i somehow got it working! so if you have a eithernet port, a rouder with availble eithernet plugs, and an eithernet cable, you can get on the internet easily.
