Thumbs up Who is getting Windows 7?

So who is going to BUY it, get the free upgrade, wait a while, or avoid it completely?

I might install it at some point, but not for now. I rarely use windows these days anyway, and for what I do XP does me fine.

I'm one of these lucky MSDNAA people though... I'll burn it to disk and then keep it until I find a use for it

I've been using Windows 7 RC on my laptop for a few months and I just ordered Windows 7 Ultimate which I will be installing on my main rig as soon as it gets here.

I'm a real stingy about upgrades. Still running Windows XP Professional, and it does everything I need it to do.

I'm probably going to get it though I can't vote on any of the options listed here...

I'm cleaning up my laptop and taking all the files I want to keep off it now.

Then I'll be installing windows 7.
it's my work laptop, and we've got a load of licenses for free as we're gold partners.
Though after 8 years of use, I'll be a little sad to stop using XP and have to learn again where everything is!
