Default What does "_UE_Ret" mean in installs?

I've been looking around for an answer to this.

When installing software, i.e., activating a downloaded exe, and it asks if I want to save it in C:\softwarename_UE_Ret , what does _UE_Ret mean? It's the first time I've seen that designation when installing something.

Just want to make sure I don't install something that shouldn't be installed.

It's possible that it means absolutely nothing to anyone but the developer of the software and considering the lack of Google hits I'm sure that's all it is: something for the developer that's meaningless to everyone else.
