Depends on what I'm burning but most of the time I use Nero.

I tend to use Nero too. I've always had it so it's just something I go to

I use Nero on my fileserver, and I don't think I have any cd burning software on my laptop at the moment. I didn't install any and I'm not sure if Windows 7 comes with anything.
