Weird Boot Problem

It doesn't appear that I have a section where I can mess with the SATA settings. Also, I set my BIOS settings back to what they were but I'm still getting the diskette error

This is a bit of a shameless self bump but....does anyone know whats wrong?

Just try to remove all hardware and just connect your hard drive that has OS and then try to boot. Also try to change to data cable for your hard drive. There can be many possible options.
