As I stated before, I can't get to anything on my laptop except system check, and BIOS setup. When I try to use F11 for recovery, it does nothing.The worst part is, I turned automatic updates off a couple weeks ago, after reading so many news stories about computers crashing. Didn't stop Microsoft from sending them anyway. I think the one guy is right. They just want us to test drive Windows 10, and find all the bugs for them.I paid over $200 for the laptop last year, and I'll be damned if I'll pay Microsoft $150 to reinstall Windows for me. I can't even find a free download of Windows 7. That would be fine with me if I could find it.
