I would like to go from vista to xp on my laptop but heard that some laptops may not be able to do that. I have an HP Pavillion dv5 Notebook PC. Will I be able to do the reformat?
Yeah, all you have to do is insert your XP disc and format your hard drive and install XP....easy peasy. You can't "downgrade" you have to format your hard drive.
