Default Vista Freezing

My specs:
4 gig ram
dual core 2.4
nvidia 8800 gts 640mb ddr3
320 gig hd + 250 gig hd

Problem:
Vista freezes randomly. The freezing happens completely randomly...I can be sitting and staring at the desktop for 30 minutes or so and then it freezes. Also, around each freeze, I check the event log and I get

Error ->
IRQARB: ACPI BIOS does not contain an IRQ for the device in PCI slot 7, function 0. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.

Error ->
IRQARB: ACPI BIOS does not contain an IRQ for the device in PCI slot 6, function 0. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.

Error ->
IRQARB: ACPI BIOS does not contain an IRQ for the device in PCI slot 3, function 0. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.

Error ->
The previous system shutdown at 7:02:56 PM on 8/22/2007 was unexpected.

I'm posting this quick before it freezes again.
