Default Vista Concerns

1 Can anyone tell me if i install vista on my c/drive that my ghost image of xp on my d/drive will still work and restore my os if something goes wrong?.

2 If i get windows vista working will it invaladate my xp key ?,i dont want to void my original xp os in case i dont like vista and want to go back to xp

i think once u go to vista, ur xp key si destroyed or sumthin. y dont u do partitons?

You will only invalidate you XP key if you do an upgrade. It wont affect it if you clean install vista

IF i do a clean install will my ghost image of xp still work if i need to go back?

If your image is on a different partition then you will be fine, as long as you dont format that partition, the image will still be there. I personally keep my images on DVD incase of a HDD failure.
